air bound puffer....what to do...? " Acupuncture...? &q

:?: hi to you all ...just yesterday i was at the Coralforum... a Mbr. was in distress about his puffer.... seems that his puffer jumped into ( outside the main tank ) the sump , landed on the filter sponge and was discoverd Bloated with air, on it's side... the puffer was placed back into the tank , yet remained on its side due to the Air Pocket .... i suggested to " Poke him/her with a Needle so as to release the Air Pocket....? i've heard of this treatment... has any one here had this problem....? as of this morning the puffer didn't make it... any help will be gratefull, cw. :(

Really do not pierce him with a needle..follow the link Rocker sent you and let us know. You'll have to get on the case pretty fast. Good luck.
