My puffer fish is inflating and deflating itself. This last time it inflated it has stayed that way. I have tried "burping" it as described on a link from on here but it hasnt worked yet. It is not swimming around as usual. The other puffer I have in the tank is fine.

Does it deflate fully when it deflates?
