Just started a brackish tank....I have sand and very large lava stone, plus some java moss and a few baby java ferns...I started this yesterday..the amonia is kinda high..but the Nirate is 0.5..Nirite is 0..GH is 300...KH is 120...PH is 7.8...I'm looking to put some more plants but don't know what would work for a brackish tank...I don't plan on putting any fish until the amonia drops to a safe level....but would like to add plants in the mean time...if you have any idea please let me know...Thanks

well plants all depend on what level of brakish you intend to end on, brakish for fish like mollies, f8's, dragon gobies, is very low and quite a few plants can survive but if you intend to have a fish like a GSP that requires high end brakish at around 1.015~ then not many (if any) plants can survive that salinity, so i would just make sure the fish you are going to want will live in a lower salinity before purchasing any plants, here is a site with some pics of good brakish plants,

the only plants i would add to this list is java fern and java moss, i had good luck with those until i started raising the salinity too high
