at what size do i put snails in 4 my amazon puffer?

Always, their whole life, as many as possible. Still expect to have to trim it's beak.

As far as the size snails you feed it, make sure they are about the size of its eyes..

where do you find snails that small. my amazon isn't that big and neither are my dwarfs and they never will be. where do you guys get your little snails? all the lfs in my area have the MTS snails.

I got my first batch of snails (ramshorns & pondsnails) free from my fish store. I Put them in QT for a month and let them breed. If you cant get any at your fish store check ebay or perhaps someone you know has snails they can give you for free.
