Products for IPs

Most of the products discussed on here to treat IPs seem to be US-only, or at least not readily available in the UK. If I'm getting back into puffers I'd like to have a pretty well-stocked medicine cabinet, preferably before I get the puff - I already have things like melafix and so forth, but nothing I'd trust to kick a bad IP infestation.
So I was wondering what the UK guys here use to treat IPs, and what people think to Tremazol, which does seem to be available in the UK.
It seems very good and not one I've tried before. I've looked everywhere for Seachem metronidazole but we just don't have it over here.
Ta!
