confusion about gill fluke treatment

So, one of my new GSP has gill flukes. I added parasite clear by Jungle to the tank nearly48 hours ago and am ready to do my 25% WC and redose, should I wait a day after the WC to redose or is it ok to do it right after teh WC? The package directions aren't very clear.
I can't even see the flukes anymore, but I want to make sure they're gone and not just retracted into the gills.
water conditions are as follows:
They are in a 33g
SG 1.010
ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate under 20ppm
Ph 8-8.5
