hi people

I finnally got my dwarf puffer fish at the weekend and have noticed that the little guys got yellow marks on his belly and fins is this bad news?

What do you mean yellowmarks?
Also can you answer the above questions that are in red?

tank is 30ltr with the dwarf puffer fish and a otto
feeding mixture of bloodworms and some other frozen food (label gone missing) small amout morn and eve
water change every sunday
tank has been set up since feb with other fish that was rehomed in my new tank to make way for the puffer fish last sun
will do water test and post later.

I have 4 dwarf puffers 2 males/2 females...I just changed my lighting...and I noticed one of my (male) puffers had the same markings..on the tail fin and top fin...nothing on the belly..I've had them now almost 2 months..he is the biggest of the 4 about an inch long..but i've noticed nothing different with him..eats fine..but he is the most aggressive of the 4...I think its just the coloration...I've researched and cannot find any articles on the subject...checkout the attachment photo found this on the NET:"The Malabar Puffer or Dwarf Puffer is the smallest of the pufferfish. It has a rounded body shape similar to that of a bean or pea, with a tail attached. Their overall body color is a golden brown on top becoming lighter yellow or whitish underneath, with dark greenish blue green to black markings. Like many of the pufferfish, the coloring can vary with age, disposition, and environment. Mature males develop a dark vertical line along the underside and tend to have a more yellowish belly than the females. These pufferfish also have mobile blue eyes, thus one of its common names being the 'Blue Eyed Puffer".

Really, I think they yellow you see on the belly and fins is just normal yellow coloration for males. If you go to my photo gallery you'll see many male DP pictures, see if it's the same than you see on yours (pictures of fidji and palua are males).

He does look like he has a sunken belly... is it just the angle of the picture?

Completely normal and totally male.
I've noticed that mine appears brighter/deeper depending on his mood. If he's the dominant male in the tank, it is probably why it appears so notable on him.
