puffer gone blind??

just yesterday my puffer was fine now he is running into everything and acts as if he has gone blind. any clue on what this may be?? he is a gsp. had him about 6 months. parameters are great.

Also, how large is the tank and are there any tank mates? If there are other tank mates, any change in their behavior? Other than bumping onto things, is the GSP swimming normally? Are there any visible signs of injury or discoloration, cloudy eyes, etc?
More information will help folks diagnose possible causes and potential treatment options.

My Topaz seems to have the same problem.
No tanks mates.
