It's taken 6 weeks, several worming treatments, a spell in hypo and LOTS of water changes in a 10G Q tank....

but we have gone from this...

BTW your tank is absolutely gorgeous. I've been told that puffers can't be kept with corals/liverock. Are certain ones ok?

my tank has a LONG way to go, before it can be considered gorgeous...

but have never heard of anyone struggling with puffers and live rock... maybe when the puffers get REALLY big?

I keep to very simple corals (i'm a marine beginner) .. i have three leathers, the one in the picture had just gone to sleep for the night, i have a couple of mushrooms that came on the live rock.... puffers ignore all.... and i recently added some green star polyps.. so we shall see how they do... :-)

all under T5's..

I also keep hermit crabs, as they seem to survive puffer invasion..

but my puffs are small, maybe two inches each.. so i guess time will tell whether it works over the longer term.. :-)

I never normally name fish, but from the front this one looked so skinny and pathetic, she just looked like ET, big eyes, no body...

Happy_puffer, i wanted you to see what can be done to help porcs with ich, and other health problems, and i promise you i am no expert...

just little bit of hard work and a bit of fingers crossed, and this is what can be achieved, thought it might give you some hope. :-)
