So my Plaembang Puffer wasn't eating well, I tried the snails I tried starving it, so I ended up calling the fish store and they told me they've been feeding it Feeder Fish. Is it alright to give him feeder fish?!

So I woke up this morning and The Feeder Fishes head was gone yep I'm assuming he ate it.

No, it's not good at all. :(
1) Eventually, the puffer will get a disease from feeders. Feeders in stores are full of diseases and parasites, and it's a matter of when, not if, you'll get an infection.
2) If he won't eat anything but fish, use frozen ones until you get him on other food. The freezing process kills many parasites.
3) Try getting it onto live shrimp or crayfish, if it will only accept live food, then weaning it onto frozen.
4) Try an earthworm. Still haven't seen a puffer that will eat at all that turns down an earthworm. Not an ideal staple, but MUCH less risky than feeders, and a good gateway food to dead things, as live worms in forceps can be switched with dead worms in forceps which after a while might make him eat anything you wave around in forceps.
Good luck
