So one of my GSP's had a rather large dark brown area on his lower right side. At first I had no idea what was going on, but then I calmed down and for some reason I glanced at my Melafix bottle. AHHH its an ulcer.. No idea why the poor fella got one, everyone else in the tank was fine.

So anyways I treated him for 2 days and its all gone. The ulcer mostly cleared up after the initial treatment, but there was still a tiny remnant of it, so I continued for 1 more day. Thank you someone for creating Melafix !

Just incase one of you has this problem, that was my solution.

That is what I am wondering... maybe it has to do with something he ate ? Maybe something he shouldn't have. I honestly don't know. All I know is I cured him for now ( at least on the outside ). That or maybe the amount of salt had something to do with it.

Well its good he appears fine now! Melafix seems to be a miracle cure sometimes
