new Carinotetraodon salivator i think

so i think i found Carinotetraodon salivator but im not quite sure it looke like some of the pictures but is much lighter i cant git a picture up at the moment basicly it looks like the picture with the markings but much lighter red eyes and a red strip down his stomach ill try gitting a picture up soon but if the discription is enough let me know hes in a 20 hex at the moment (fully planted with lots of hideing spaces) hes about an inch long and he seems as happy with me as i am him ....you know he chose me ( he came out of hiding and although i was looking past him to his tank mate cought my attention with his little red eyes 9 kind of creep but still cool)

mine looks like them but more bloby then stripy ( are they the only ones that get thered stripe on bottom

Do you have a Carinotetraodon irrubesco? The males of this species develope a red stripe on their belly too. Image

yeah but mine doesnt have red fins there clear and the back one is black

so its c. salivator or c Lorteti i have a slightly hard time telling them apart but no matter what it is its still a great fish

ohh and while im on and thinking about it hes now in a 20 long ( what is easy for a puffer to stay happy in tall or long ..... anyway ) hes settled in quite nicly and spent most of the morning sleeping away on a wide leaf
