TPF Needs Tech Help

We are looking for someone familiar with phpBB boards that will be comfortable learning our newest version of phpBB3. Starting with someone that's going to be willing/able to change simple things like moving articles in the library, adding photos, changing forum descriptions, etc. I'd like to find someone that loves TPF & has enough extra time on their hands in front of a computer that they can stop in at least daily & check that things here are in order.

I can likely contribute throughout the summer (after April 25th). Problem right now is that I'm not sure where I'm working after exams, so things could be a little iffy. If you don't find anyone else, let me know and I'll gladly help (as I visit the forums every day anyways)!

Just bumping this up once more to see if anyone else is interested in the position.
We'd need to see some examples of phpbb boards (or other similar software message boards) you've worked on and need a rough idea of your coding abilities. At the moment, there isn't much actual coding to do, but it does come up occassionally for things like changing the banner image, etc, so it would be nice for the person to already have experience with it.
Feel free to post here or send me a PM, I'll be contacting those who are interested soon to discuss it more.

I'm not a perfect fit for what you're looking for, but my day job is as Unix/Linux sysadmin. I have lots of Perl programming experience and some c and c++. I do lots of work with open source web products, but never with phpbb in particular. It looks like I could pick it up with a little time, but I'm not sure if you need someone who could hit the ground running or not.
My life is finally stabilizing after a rough patch, and I do have some time I could devote if I could help. After all, I do love the site and my puffers. I am a single father and my time would be limited by my daughter somewhat, but I am online quite a lot.
Let me know if you think I could be of any use.

I don't know if you're still looking for a tech but I could probably help out if you were: I run a play-by-email game (it's actually really 'play by forum') which utilises PHP Nuke Evolution for the main website and PHPBB 3.0.1 for the forum itself. I also run a Post Nuke announcement system website, and am a web designer in my spare time. I'm familiar with installing mods to PHPBB forums, and so on. I couldn't hand code PHP, mind.
