I'm writing to you again. My f8 is not eating I tried every suggestion that was given to me by you and still no results. My puff is not eating for about 6 days now it all started when I treated him for IP I soaked some bloodworm's in the med called gel-tek ultra cure px for internal parasites he did triad some and quit so now hes running away from food. I feed him with snails two, ones a week and bloodworm's, krill, shrimp every day.
What can I do ?

Try an earthworm, they spaz nicely, making them very tempting targets.

LFS sometimes has them, bait shops are the best bet, and even walmart sells them for fishing in the sporting goods area, in season. you can use one from outside, _IF_ neither you nor any neighbors use fertilizers or pesticides.

can you post pictures to make sure they need trimming. you don't want to put your puff through all that stress if it's not necessary. :)

My friend got me clove oil that I was looking for and I did trim my puffers teeth I took about 1mm from upper and bottom jaw the whole process took me about 1min. The trimming was a success :D , he is well but I will see if hes able too eat again tomorrow. Now for it to not happened again I got couple Q. How many snails do you feed to the puffer? Now, when do you check your water parameters after or before water change?
