Freshwater "dogface" puffer

I just bought a freshwater puffer. It's about 3-4 inches long. At the fish store it was labeled dogface puffer. I checked it online i guess its a arrowhead puffer. Can someone tell me anything about them? Any tips on how to maintain this guy (keep him happy)? Any infos would be great thanks.
In a 30 gal tank w/ a lobster 2 inches, a tire track eel 12 inches, 2 baby red-ear slider turtles, a algae eater pleco 3 inches.

I'd return the puffer
TOMORROW, or all those fish will be dead (lobsters are pufferfood). Even the turtle has no escape from this killer puffer! Concentrate on getting at least a 90g for the fish you have & keep the turtles in the 30g. Eventually they'll need a 55g. Or, if you really like the puffer, find homes for the pleco, eel & turtles & keep the puffer in the 30g. Either way, the combo won't even work for 24 hours.

turtles also need a place to hall out and sun themselves. Do you have both incansent and florescent fullspectrum lighting? Make sure your light also emitt UVA and UVB rays.
