carinotetraodon irrubesco with clouded eye

i recently bought a very old irrubesco , actually i bought two others bot i got this old one for free he looked semi retired from being a fish. i put him in a 80 liter aquarium with three other irrubesco of which one is a very big male , there was also a red crab in there. the ill irrubesco is about 3.5 cm and i removed him when i saw he was being attacked by the big guy and then i also noticed the very apparent cloudy eye , which leads me to think that it may have been from an attack as well as a bacterial infection and who knows what else. i put the critter in a ten gallon with a small female irrubesco with alot of tetras and and danios. so does anyone know a good treatment witout much medication.
