Dragon goby and F8 compatability

I am in the process of switching my F8(2 of them) and bbg(3 of them) 20g setup into a 40g tank, yay the puffers are gonna love their new home I hope :D What I am wondering is would a Dragon goby go good in this mix or would it be a hit and miss type of thing. I know many think the Dragon Goby is an ugly creature but personally I find them to be quite cute.

Here are a couple other questions

1. Will the Dragon be ok at an SG of 1.005
2. Will I have a problem feeding the Dragon as I have heard the toughest thing with keeping them healthy is getting food to them.
3. Would I also be able to maybe add 2 or 3 more bbg's to the tank?

1. Dragon should be great at this salinity.
2. There will always be a bit of a problem feeding Dragons, as they are almost blind (supposedly) and have no swim bladder, which means they don't move so effectively. I've read that you're supposed to keep a few caves, and whichever one he is in when the lights go off, you put the food on the substrate in front of his cave, so he can find it easily.
3. You'd likely be okay with a few more BBGs.

I was considering getting a Dragon, but opted out for now because of the whole blindness and only-active-at-night thing. Maybe I'll add one in later on. :)

Yeah, supposedly they most commonly die from starvation because they have such a hard time to find food.

My dragon has been doing great for years, with my 2 F8s. Just remember though, rule of thumb for F8s is 15g for 1st one & 10g for every one added. Keep a good eye on parameters when adding more fish. I'm doing a little over 60% WC every week on my F8 tank. Good article on dragons in our Library.

I think Dragon Goby's are very pretty! I had no idea they were near blind.

What size is your tank? These guys are going into a 40g as soon as it is ready and then they will have tonnes of room IMO. Also will check out that article :D Thanks PP

Just to let everyone know that yesterday I picked up my Dragon Goby and he is a sad looking little guy. He is about 5 inches long and I got him for free from my lfs. The problem is that when he first got them in he put them in his GSP tank and they are small but they pretty much ate all the finnage of all the gobys :( So I said I would take one and hope to bring him back to good health. Keeping my fingers crossed that he survives. My lfs has since moved the goby's to a different tank.
