puffer fry...

if i had figure eights fry...would i put them in freshwater or brackish...

I'd say freshwater, as they seem to spawn in freshwater, and gradually (as the fry grow up) move to brackish water.

... Why, do you have some? Because that would be AWESOME!

They have not been known to ever spawn sucessfully in captivity, so I don't think you need to worry. ;)

yeah...i got some fry...the fry r like 4 days old...i'm feeding them infusoria...but i think they're dying...

How many F8s and what kind of cat? Also what's the sg?

i have about 5 f8 in my 20gallon...sg is 1.005...the catfish is a brackish water catfish...

WOW. hope it is. One of the first recorded breedins of fig 8 in history if it is. Some pictures would do great.

You need some brine shrimp newborns to get those fry to eat. If those frys are in brackish condition when they are born, try to maintain th water parameter / lowering SG just a lil. Normally first batch of fry would nt see 100% survival rates.

Man, I think we should dig you up for all the details in your setup and all your fig 8's pics for scrutinization for even the slightest slightest diff.

What kind of cat? Chances are it will definitely outgrow that tank.

Any quality camera might show something..
