Spotted Congo Puffer

anyone ever heard of this puffer species. its scientific name is Tetraodon schoutedeni.

No, it is not.
T.schoutedeni is a freshwater fish from Africa.
It looks like a GSP, but have visible spines on its body.
Extremly rare fish, never seen one for sale.
Guess peace will have to come to the Congo area before it appears in the shops.
