Dogface eye problem

Hi guys I got this fish shipped to me two days ago and he showed up in VERY cold water...he looked like death when I put him in QT. After 24 hours he bounced back and seems to be making a recovery but he has a terrible eye problem. He has a yellow cloud in one eye that is like cataracts. It is because of how cold the water was I'm sure because he was fine before shipment. It would be rough having a puffer that is blind in one eye. Is there anything I can do. Does anyone know what this is and how to help him? Thanks for any suggestions, here are some pictures:
I really wish I knew how to help him. What would you do?

Hmmm, not too sure with marine species but Cloudy eye can be a bit tricky to treat I think becuase it can be caused by many different things. First things are to keep the Q tank very clean and maybe to feed food soaked in vitamins to see if it will go on its own. I'm sure that there will be others along soon who can offer more advice. Good luck

My porc had something similar and I used Pennicilin on it. Thats about all I can think of though.

Whatever you use--don't put into your main tank.

About the penicillin....how did that work out for you?
Where did you get it? I would certainly try it.

My LFS had it. The owner reccomended it too me. It worked great both times I used it. Started to clear up the next day actually.
