Hi There
Am looking at redesigning my tank with 1 GSP, currently have black gravel.
Do GSP need to have a certain type of substrate or can the bottom of the tank be left clear...just glass, was wondering if anyone had done this? Or have pictures, have seen in LPS but i suppose these are just temporary holding tanks.

I find it easiest to keep a steady pH of around 8, with aragonite sand or crushed coral.

The puffers like the aragonite sand and crushed coral because they can rest on it and it feels good on their bellies. My GSP even digs little trenches.
