hi saw what was labeled a fox face puffer at lfs but cant find any info on it anybody have one or pics or anything lol

I have never heard of a fox face puffer fish. Are you thinking the Fox face a type of rabbitfish?

thats why i asked ,was labled as a fox face puffer,but looked pretty much like a dog face

Yeah that is probably what it was. Alot of places mis-name things. It would be kinds cool to see that fox face like a puffer....tee hee...

tisk tisk. fox face puffer. i just have to go to a fish store and look at all the funny names they have to start laughing.

a fox is a dog so I guess that is ok. Heck I've been to a store that labels fish with their disney names. Blue hippos are Dori fish, Clowns are Nemos, the banner fish are whatever the old Morish Idol was. It was funny.

LMAO, now THAT's hilarious! Yeah, all the LFSs around here just use generic names like "green puffer", etc.

MY LFS/LPS stopped with the finding nemo names thankfully.
The tanks would say, Clownfish/"Nemos" Same with hippo tangs and everything, it was pretty amusing.

In England they call them fox faced puffers. It is just a dog faced puffer.
