Cafepress ships world wide. PetPirate even had some stuff shipped to China last year. Canada should be no problem at all.

I'm so getting a calender. I like the tattoo idea but i want a cartoon gsp for my next tattoo. I tell everyone about this site, so hopefully more people will want to get some stuff.
