SAP with ICK

Hi people:
I just moved my SAP fish in with 2 black ghost knife fish. Everythings been just great up untill last nite. I noticed the puffer with ick and his colour on top of his body is a bit faded. The ghost knife fish are ok so far. They have been together for about a month now.
The puffer is swimming great, very active eating ok, any suggestions what i should do, just monitor or add meds??
