F8 Puffer not growing

Hello,
I have been keeping 2 F8 puffer in my aquarium for about 1 year and they both look like they havent grown a bit. One is bigger than the other but thats how they look like when I got them. Any ideas on making them bigger? Feed them more often?

And also, what size is your tank...

the big puffer in about 2.5 inch and the smaller one is 2.0 inches
The tank is 23.3in length 7in depth 9.5in height

The tank size is too small for the fish - there is the answer. You have done well to keep them alive and healthy in such cramped quarters. That is ~ 6 3/4 US gallons, insufficient for one F-8. You need about four times the volume.

b4 i had many other fishes in that tank, then one by one, they fell victum to the puffer fishes .. well i cant get any bigger aquarium what should I do?

Well I love my F8 puffers... i think I will be getting a slightly larger tank for one of them
