My Indian dwarf puffer doesn't eat anymore

Hello,

I hope you can help me and there won´t be language problems. I´m from Germany and I´ve already looked around on German puffer forums but didn´t get a reply.

I have Indian dwarf puffers (Carinotetraodon travancoricus) for about one and a half year now. The water parameters were good all the time and haven't changed recently (in general there weren't any changes at the tank lately). Now 5 days ago one of the dwarf puffers laid on the ground of the tank and didn't move. She was still alive, though. Because I didn't know why she behaved like that, in case it could be an illness, I put her in another tank and gave her medicamentation. 3 days later she swam around again, like before. She behaved normal again, except for one thing: She doesn't eat. I gave her different water snails, shrimps and red mosquito larvas. She shows no interest in them, although she hasn't eaten for 6 days now. (I forgot to tell: Her mouth looks alright, so her teeth aren't the problem)

Does anybody know why she has no apetite? What else can I try to feed her? And how long can a dwarf puffer survive without eating?

I hope someone can help me. Thanks!
Phoenix

DPs can go several weeks without eating. Please post answers to all of the questions at the top of the forum so we can try to figure out what's going on. And welcome!
