Until the Ich treatment has concluded, things will remain the same. Aster that time, the Blue Tetras will move into the 75 gallon. They are not suggested for smaller tanks, and all the adult sizes of fish would make for an over stocked tank anyway. I will also connect the Eheim canister.

Lol! No, they're all from Petsmart, so I'm assuming they all had ich. They are brand new fish to me. So far all of the Cardinals have survived, but I did lose a few Blue Tetras the first day, but everyone is seeming to hold strong now. This is serving as a quarantine since Mortimer is in the hospital tank, but I may keep the Cardinals in this tank.

It's amazing the cardinals lived through this. They are such delicate fish.

Well, I know they are delicate, but the levels are consistent and in definitely a liveable range, so it's not as if they are in poor conditions.
They have even grown some. The ick is very mild, so that is on their side too.

Catching ich early on and knowing how to treat it can make all the difference in the world. Is Mortimer doing any better, and do you know what he has, yet?

He's doing ok, I treated the hospital tank with Lifeguard, his tail is growing back, but I'm rehoming him with a fish store in NC. I don't really know what the problem is/was :/

Hahaha good point. You could probably make a good chunk of money with all of them though lol.
I myself have just two plants growing in my betta tank and I am so proud lol. I have no clue what type they are or how they're even alive, but they are, and they're super green!
