I recommend Seachem Cupramine with the salifert copper test kit or the seachem copper test kit.
Follow the directions on the bottle and make sure to redose with water changes.
Monitor the copper, ammonia, nitrite and pH at least daily. Without biological filtration - daily water changes will be needed.
Do not try to medicate in a tank with live rock, substrate or any porous materials as they will absorb the copper which makes achieving a therapeutic level (level needed to eradicate the parasite) difficult. There is also a risk that the copper that is absorbed will be released when there is a fluctuation in water parameters and the level will become toxic.
