Update:
Eating well, but white remains
Got a new camera yesterday (canon 350d) and the puff doesnt recognise it so I can actually get reasonable pics now.

Thanks for all the advice though guys he did look to be getting better, but then suddenly went really bad overnight, worse than before, I dont know what happened.
