Snapped a few pictures, right after a feeding. They are not the greatest quality. I was just wondering if there are any signs of IPs in these pictures? He also just made a poop which showed no signs of IPs, all solid.

Although a little thin, which is to be expected from the hunger strike, he looks OK. Just keep feeding daily & soak foods in vitamins.

Yes, he is a little thin width wise. He is fed 1-3 times a day. Small meals. Soaked in vitachem and sometimes garlic. Thanks

He is now thinning out between meals... I cannot find jungle labs parasite clear. Not even on jungle labs website.

I am going to try levamisole and/ or worker plus (flubendazole). I can get them both from the life.

It does look like parasites. Consider injecting his food to get a better dose in.

Picked up some Wormer Plus. I'll try to look for a syringe to inject his food.

For 12 days in a row he only ate food soaked in Wormer Plus. He is still thin every morning. Not sickly thin, but pretty thin. His behaviour is normal. But he has still not grown at all. His activity is normal. I am now going to give him API general cure, again.

Is it possible that his IPs are not curable? Has anyone experienced this before, a fish they cannot rid of parasites? Or maybe he is immune to all the meds I have tried on him?

Different IPs respond to different meds. You are right in trying something else. What exactly are you feeding him? Are you also soaking his foods in vitamins?

He has been eating mainly snails and market shrimp,(becAuse that's what he seems to prefer) but also scallops, mussels, clams, bloodworms and earthworms. Soaked in garlic and vitachem.

The meds I have tried so far are seachem metroplex, API general cure (metronidazole and praziquantel), Prazipro and Wormer Plus (flubendazole).

I have had no luck finding jungle parasite clear, locally or on line anywhere. I may try and find a different Wormer med...or buy some levamisole...

So he's eating well, now?

Yes. He has been eating well for a while now. But remains thin between meals and has not grown noticeably, or at all, for a couple months.

Update; He still has a good apetite. However he is withering away. He cannot eat much at all, as his stomach is very small. I have been soaking his food in levimasole for the past week but still has white stringy poops. He is still quite active.

Yesterday I put Houdini out of his misery. He had wasted away to almost nothing and when he attempted to move he would swim up a bit and the float down to the substrate head first...

He was struggling for a while, so it was not much of a suprise.
