I would not use a micron filter in any FOWLR tank. That is shooting yourself in the foot. The rich microflora and microfauna is the value of the system. A micon filter will harvest too much and be a pollution source instead.
Being neurotic, I would also add a 24/7 lighted macro-algae refugium, with passive return to the display. The clowns like the 'pods every bit as well as the puffers do.
The trio of LR, skimmer, and macroalgae refugium I consider the ultimate filtration process in combo. I wish I could come up with a FW equivalent.
