have just moved half of the babies into another, bigger tank. worried now lol, hope theyre ok in there!

Just watch out for them getting sucked up into the filter, that's the only thing I'd worry about. And remember, I would like to have some of your babies when they are able to go to a new home.

ive put a bit of stocking over the filter, hopefully taht stop them getting sucked up!! and yep, u can have as many as u want when they get big enough!!

Maybe we can do a trade, or trades .... I have 3 GSP's and 2 F8's that I'm looking to rehome, if you're interested.

i would love some F8's, but would they b ok with my SAP's?? cos they would have to go in same tank

well ive pretty much emptied a 20g + a 10g tank for them when they get a bit bigger, i know thats not big enough for a lot of fully grown dps, but should think for tiddlers they will b fine in them for a good while schismy is gonna have some, ive got another friend whos gonna take a few, i wanna keep at least 10 or so between all my tanks and theres a couple of local shops who have said they will be interested, both of them so far seem decent places to me. im not sure whether to take them to the lfs tho, or keep them here and maybe put them individually on ebay or something? not because i wanna make money from them...but i know any lfs will sell any fish to anyone who wants to buy them wont they, if i sell them myself, i can make sure they go to ppl who know at least a little bit how to look after them

I know what you mean, Sometimes I wish my puff's would breed, but then what to do with all the new one's ?

how much are you willing to sell them for ?

oh i woulnt ask a lot for them,maybe 2 or 3 pounds each?? when ive seen them in shops, theyve usually been around £4 ish

Sound fair, And LFS would know that you keep DP's healthy

I used to have my F8's, SAP's and DP's all in the same tank, and only changed it around when I got my new big tank. But they were fine living all together for about a year before I disbanded the tank -- so I think your SAP's would be fine with the F8's (and I currently keep my F8's in freshwater too, so they are used to that).

well then yep,i would defo b interested in that if u still have them when the babies have grown a bit if it didnt work out i could always move them to another tank anyways
the biggest 1s now are about 7mm probs, including tails tho lol! and theyre 3 weeks old 2day

7mm so small I bet they are sooo adorable
