I, too, was thinking maybe you put too much Pimafix in the tank. I really don't have any experience with saltwater fish, so I can't really give any suggestions from my experience. I've always had good luck with it using it on my fresh & brackish water fish.
I'm glad your puffer has unpuffed though.

Pimafix shouldn't hurt him. You actually really underdosed. Just relax. Puffers often puff for no reason. Are you sure he puffed air? How/why? Was he floating?

Try aerating his water, if his breathing remains slow. That way he can get more oxygen with each breath. It's always a good idea to aerate when you're medicating or if a fish's breathing changes.

First off there is no need to curse, this is a family friendly website and there are posters as young as 12 here.

Some people seem to have issues with puffers and the fixes. It seems to burn there skin. I'd recomend doinga 50% water change and adding clean water to help get as much of the pimafix out. If the fungus doesn't clear up on its own I'd reccomend getting some other antifungal medication.

I would think that it is possible that the puffer may be allergic to the Pimafix, I mean, people have allergies and other animals do, so why not puffers? It's a possibility, not probable but certainly possible. :?

Thanks. 1 year in a pre-teen can be quite a difference.
