Actually I like the Galaxy rasbora

and you don't need a heater for it :D

That one would certainly be on my shopping list.

I wouldn't say they are ugly fish.. just not as good looking as their salt water cousins.

Ok.. so I hope you didn't feed the puffer today and did the morning water change.

This evening you have the night off. Watch the puffer, see what he does. Watch the fins for white areas and the stomach.. it should be white also.

Tonight do nothing.. take the night off and do a water change in the morning :)

I wouldn't call them "ugly" they are just fish.. just the fish that happen to fit in your tank, and most are easy to care for and can be kept in groups which make it more interesting :)

black light is easy.. you take out the bulb in your tank and replace it with the same size.

Or you can go with blue light.. same thing :)

Tomorrow morning you can feed the puffer 1/2 the normal amount of food :) and tomorrow NIGHT you can do a water change. I know Sunday is your cleaning day, but only clean the filter.

clean the filter in the dirty tank water not tap water :) This is very important!
