all fish can see outside, but puffers are smarter than many fish.
on some of my tanks I cover 3 sides but a blanket or towel works easily also. A blanket or towel will help tomorrow and the art will help in the future.

well i got part of the back coverd i just need the rest of the side on the right and the left coverd and that leaves the front open. its no wander i got the feeling i was being watched

haha yes it is true,
My Koi splashed me today because I fed the other fish first and not him.
I'll be off soon. Don't forget your water change in the morning.
Also what was that bucket used for before you used it for water changes?
If it was dirty before, or had soap in it, I would not use it.
Do you have an clean and empty juice pitcher? that can also be used.
I'll check in tomorrow afternoon. 2 water changes, and a food grade container to hold the water for the change.
Also, what is that "stress reducer"? PP asked that.. I am curious also.

i was an ice cream bucket and it was rinced out with water and only water after we where done useing it . the thing i have used is prime and Aquatic stress relief for them

Until the water is only filling the bottom half of the tank.

that sounds like a lot of work, it might be easier if you found a bigger bucket
