Looks like Annabelle is out of the woods.

I am so glad to hear that! You both really deserve good news now. You've really done a great job, and Annabelle has been a fighter.

It is a great honor hearing that from you. Annabelle has been so active the last few days, I can't believe the difference in her.

I really don't believe I could have done this alone. Everyone here has been so supportive and has kept me going even when I thought I couldn't go any more. This place has been a real blessing. I appericate everyones help and support. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and from Annabelle's bottom.

I'm so glad the treatment went well. Charles is a great guy too, can get some harder to find stuff.

I have good news and bad news. The bad news first: Annabelle has stopped eating. I'm pretty sure it's because of the dying worms. I have added a full dose of epsom salt to her tank to try and help her expell the dead worms. Hoping it works. I haven't see her pooh in the last few days. But I'm so use to seeing white pooh, there's black sand in there so I'm not sure if she has poohed or not. Anyway I emailed Charles about her this morning he suggested using melafix. I waited until tonight. I added a dose of melafix and pimafix to her tank. She was doing so darn good, if she dosen't eat I may try force feeding her again. I hate to do that because I don't want to cause her any more stress than I have too. I'll see how she's doing tomorrow. I'm going to give her a few days then I'll do her feeding. Now for the good news.

Absolutely no signs of worms. I was hoping I would at least see some being poohed out. Nothing! Not one! She's come so far and was doing so good. Now she's lethigic. I figured this would happen only I figured it would happen days ago, not after a large water change and after treatment was over. I know what you're going to say, she's a fighter....I know I know but I'm still worried about her. Hopefully she will pass some of these darn worms and start eating again soon. I want my little piggy back!

patience grasshopper....she's been thru alot in these past weeks....i know you have too but i feel that maybe she's just now feeling the effects of all that stuff....she'll eat....just give her some time...they will come out and she'll get her appetite back...your doing all the right things....so let them work...she's doing very well...her color is good and that pooh will get all that crap out of her belly and she'll be your little piggy again .......

after such a roller-coaster ride with annabelle's case of worms i'm sure that as fishlady said you just need a little patience and she'll be right back to her good ol' self again... so just hang in there coz at the end of the day all this effort will pay off...

She's still refusing food but she is out of the corner and cruising the tank!
