Thanks.
I've seen that site but had forgot about it. I looked at it back before I even got the tank.
Could the tank be ran without a sump to give me time to make one (find tank to make one) or find one on Craigslist or something?

Thats what I thought, figured I'd ask just in case.
I'm going to ask tomorrow and see if he has any other sumps, I'd think he'd have one like a DIY yourself with all the tanks he has. Think he said him and his wife have 6-7 setup and running.
Still will have to make sure I have someone to help with getting both tanks moved and all. Didn't expect this to be much of a problem at first.
Both my boyfriend and mom keep brining up the factor of weight, since it is a mobile home. Guess there will be a pretty good difference especially with the sump and rock I'd add. It is on an outside wall though. Trying to get my boyfriend to look under and see what sort of support there is. He's not so much for my hobby though...
Having to move everything over kinda scares me. I've got to pick up some totes and such for holding the live rock, corals, and fish. I'll have to pick up some more sand and get it rinsed ahead of time as well...Feel like I'm going forget something and mess it up.

Is your home on a concrete slab? Can you get under where the tank is going & use these under it?

That's what I have under all my heavier tanks.

No, its not.
Its just a mobile home and its not set up on a permanent foundation or anything. My dad technically owns the place, he used to rent it out, but he let me move in a few years back to help save me on rent (just pay the lot rent).
I had actually did a search about the situation and jacks (something like you linked), or cinderblocks were mentioned, to add support. I need to see whats under there first.

Are they just slowly declining on you, like the skeleton starts showing, etc ? What kind was this one?
I really like the open brains, and a few other similar sandbed corals. I hope mine make it, I'd be very upset if they did not. They don't have any skeleton showing or anything and appear to be doing just fine, best I can tell.

Very $$$ rainbow Welsos. Stops swelling, they recedes to skeleton, then looses tissue & only skeleton is left. Everything else is thriving.

Well thats odd.
I mean if it was mine I'd blame it on my experience or something, still wouldn't be happy about it of course. But that certainly wouldn't be the case for you.
You feed them?
Oh, another question. if I don't get the Eshopps sump that guy has and look for another, what size would be okay? Obviously bigger is better but just because I don't know what I may come across.

On my last coral purchase, same orders I got some of the brains and zoas I had also gotten another sun coral, I know I mentioned it when I stated what corals I got but hadn't said anything since. Hoping the temperature drop from the last staying on the truck was what done it in and that it was just in too poor shape to feed. This one looked better but I hadn't seen it open even when I was trying to coax it to and hadn't tried for quite some days.
This is what it looked like when I got it
Looked better than the first just upon arrival. Even after trying to coax the first to open I never saw any of the actual flesh like I could on this one when I first got it.
Just happened to glance in the tank tonight and...
I got so excited
I quickly got some mysis thawed and placed a bottle over the sun to keep CUC away.
It ate

Yippee!!! You're gonna love that coral!
I have no ides why I have such bad luck with brains. Yes, I do feed them. Some have lasted many years & then just receded & died.
Sump should be a minimum of 1/3 your tank's volume. I have a 20g sump + 20g fuge = 40g for my 90g tank.

Try Dendros next, they are a lot larger polyp. I just bought myself a Rhizo. They are like 1 giant polyp! It is not illegal to collect these or bring them into the country, so there are only a few left around to buy.

I want this 90g so bad but I'm scared about moving anything over. I really don't think I'd be able to set the 90g anywhere else meaning I'd need to get this all done asap.
I'm thinking I'll get get a quite a few more totes like I have now for mixing the water, not sure yet how many I'd need though, for holding the rocks, fish, and corals. I'd like to just use the water from the 60g and have some enough mixed and ready to finish filling the 90g. I need to get on that if I'm getting this tank on Saturday and make sure I have enough RO/DI water and have it mixed. I'm also going to have to pick up some more sand and need to get it rinsed as well. Since I haven't ever done anything like this before I'm worried I'm going to overlook something. I'm not sure what to expect with getting the tank ready to run in terms of the sump and all either.

I can't believe how excited I got

It looked like it was trying to open up earlier today as well, started seeing some tentacles. Guess it finally got used to the tank or something. I hadn't fed near anytime it had opened.
That is strange...hate that for you. I'll be so disappointed if mine do that. I'd like to have more, especially if I get this 90g as it would allow for more space on the sandbed.
Okay, the sump thats with the 90g does hold 40g.

Thank you! I can't wait to see it when all of the polyps are fully extended and its really happy like in some photos I've seen.
