Hey Gman Just a quick thought about leaving shrimp in and going away for 2 weeks. You might want to try it out once or twice before you count on it. What works for 1 puff may not work for another. You wouldn't want him to polish off all the shrimp in a couple of days.

That's very true....Thx for the suggestion :D It's been 2 days since I put them in and up until last night there were still a couple left in there... I will check again tonight when I get home from work :D

you may find a few dead ones stuck to the lights or underside of the lid. They jump out of the water when chased

I've got sliding glass sheets on the top of my tank so shouldn't have that problem :D

if i started feeding my fig 8 these little shrimp (about the size of my bumblee gobies) -- would he be more likely to eat a bee??

its hard to say really, which doesn't help you much!!! Your puffer could associate anything moving on the gravel as food or it may not. Hveing never kept bumblebees I couldn't say for sure what would happen
