The first time I saw an F8 in person was a tank-full of tiny little ones like that. They were actually the first puffer I'd ever seen and they prompted me to get into puffers to begin with.

Very nice but wow they're tiny, they dont look like they're suffering from the whitespot too badly. Hows the recovery going?

Well One died, but i expected it. The guy at the shop gave me 4 for the price of 3 as he didn't look too well. Even in the bag he was looking a bit off colour!
The remaining 3 are doing fine. White spot seems to be clearing up and they are little pigs!!

Just an update:
One more died the other day. I think he may have had internal parasites. He just stopped eating. 3 days later it was stuck on the filter. The other two are doing fine eating well and chomping on snails like there is no tomorrow!
I plan to go and get another next week. I also want to get some BBG's too. My tank it now slightly brackish (.002), will there be any problems adding BBG's into a brackish tank?

BBGs are BW fish. Both are best kept at a SG of 1.005.

So the shock will not be too bad for them as they are in FW at the shop?

I would do a slow drip, by placing them in the water they came from in a bucket & tying off an airhose tight enough, so water from your tank drips about 1 drop/2seconds. After an hour, they should be ok to put into the tank.
