Now I dont what's going on, treated him for fungus and was doing fine, now he's got the outer part of his skin missing? it like lines of bare skin ?only on his belly,he just lies on the bottom,he eats though as normal, but seems that he cannot maintain a floating height ,also I noticed a red spot near his anal fin .he just sits on the bottom and struggles to swim to the top to get his food?
I treated him with a mix of salt - melafix was not aval locally -that's what happens when you live in hawaii

Can you order it? I really think it's necessary here.

I think you need to admit to yourself that your Fahaka is
not doing well, as you keep insisting.
OK, up date, fish is doing fine ,eating well etc, but I just noticed fungus ?
Now I dont what's going on, treated him for fungus and was doing fine,
How can you say your puffer is "doing fine" and then say it has fungus?
I hope you are able to get the 125. Like everyone else, I'm surprised he's still alive as it is. The beefheart alone would be enough to kill him (fatty liver).

I just found it this morning at a feed store of all places, I called every pet shop here and most said "never heard of it"

He was doing fine, eating acting like normal,so that "doing fine" to me.
He does get snails, crayfish , once a week, he only gets fed 3 times a week.
As for the 125 , it will be here as soon as we finish working on the house, there is not even room to safely put a 55 right now as we go thru remodling out house
