At a loss...after necropsy on my GSP's

We have tried to control the total assessment in part by not merging the two properties we occupy. The front property is smaller and has the house, the back property is landlocked and much larger. They have tried to boost the back (unbelieve dollar values). The first time we said in effect "see you in court" and they backed off. Then they left it alone for years, but last time tried to boost it again. We did the same dance, with the same result. This round it is still low - as it should be. Had we merged the two, the net value would be unaffordable for us.
