One day, one day Seven. I will get another one. And wow they will eat anything that will fit in their mouth..lol. Kinda reminds me of a legal snakehead, the way the fish is built and its way without them teeth...lol.

Mortimer looks like he is always smiling, he has a cute face. When he swims, his pectoral? fins are all flappy and floppy and that's endearing. I like the separate dorsal fins on his back, he looks like a dragon. He comes up to see me when I'm hanging out with him, he buries himself in the grass. Even though he is a predator, he is very peaceful. He swims around quite a bit and it is enjoyable to watch him maneuver through the grass and rocks.

We got an atabapo butterfly pleco from Fintastic in North Carolina, his name is Mr. Rogers. In the video, I had just finished planting something, so the water is kind of dusty, Mortimer goes over to sniff the new plant site, he has to sniff everything new.

Me too :D He's very attractive, I also like he is horse shoe crab shaped.
So, not proud to say I witnessed Mortimer bite his own tail and swim away startled this afternoon. "Mmm this smells like a tasty treat....Aaaaagh! Something bit me!"

I'd say 75, but some will say smaller. I don't agree. He bumped into the sides of a smaller tank as he swims around a lot and can't see well.
