I seem to have gotten the No3 stabilized its down to 20 from 110, we're working towards zero but we're in a lot better place. Snail tank we got up and running tonight. The large tank for the other fishes comes tomorrow and they'll make the move then. I went to the LFS to get the Jungle and they highly recommended against it. I know the LFS isn't the best info source but they were quite adamant about it being junk. They offered a gel antiparasitic instead. Thoughts??

Unless you're vodka dosing or doing daily water changes you'll not get a zero reading. The lower the better, but keep it managable because it will always be there (that is how you can tell that your bacteria hasn't died off)

Jungle worked for me.

But if they gave you Gel-Tek, that's pretty much the best stuff on the market, and hard to get ahold of, too! Is that what it is?

Yes they gave me Gel-Tek... and I've read the directions and I'm going to treat the other fish per the directions of not feeding fish adn fiev drops per fish twice daily for three days. I'm afraid to have Puffydyle go that long without eating. He's mad at me right now as it is. He was very unhappy when I moved the plants to the snail tank last night.
