Flourish has 0.0001% copper. I know a lot of people who have used it with puffers (including me) and they've been fine, so I think it's too little to have an effect. But I didn't know that until I looked at the label. Now I'll be very careful not to overdose! Very good point!
I think it might help to add a water conditioner that detoxifies heavy metals at the same time.
