Ok here is another video I took today of my Porcupine puffer, just after dosing His Tank with Pimafix! Can anyone now clarify what he might have??

It does look fungal. (don't you just wish they would stay still for a few seconds!!) I would stick with the Pimafix unless there are any other symptoms. Or unless there is someone here that has any other ideas?

hes started to swim around and bump into things like hes drunk ad hes sitting on the bottom ?? what does that mean??

Looks like a fungal infection to me.
For the most part Melafix and Pimafix don't seem to work great for marine fish. As long as you stay on top of the water quality it looks like it'll heal up nicely, just watch for a few days after it heals that a secondary infection doesn't occur.

something seems strange with porcupine puffer?? Ever since i added the pimafix its almost like the Puffer is intoxicated, as now all he does is sits on the bottom staring into space. He sometimes gets up to swim about then sits back down again plus hes not eating. Its almost as if he mind is blank and just now in the last 10mins he has puffed up twice for no reason???

If he has air trapped & is unable to "unpuff", then the procedure is to hold him gently by his tail, with his head pointing upwards & very carefully wiggle him, to help him burp.
