Well. I chanaged the setting to 10 Megapixels, but it didn't do any good. Sorry, I really didn't get any good pics. Put it was so cool when I saw Bullet and Bug laying next to each other. I've got to get some good pics tomorrow. I'll really work on it. Do you use flash or something? It's just that your pictures are so clear. It's amazing!

Sorry. Kids were up- thunderstorm.

On the pix I just put up, I didn't use a flash. The room had all the lights out except the one for the puffer tank. I think it was set at 800 iso and I just held it still and pressed the button. For the one of Squirt, I set it to macro. When you look at someone's gallery, under each pic it will tell you all the settings and such - even the date and time it was taken. That's automatically generated from the info the camera put in the pic! It can be really hard taking pictures of moving targets, though, especially fish. The longer the shutter is open, the lower light you can take a pic in, but that means your fish comes out as a big blur. I'll see if I can upload one of the danio ones.

I really got lost there. Macro? What the heck is a macro? I'll still work on it tomorrow though. Although, this stupid camera is making ME MAD!!!!!

This is my other tank. Its a 5.5 gallon. It started out with danios and now its my "feeder" tank. There are lots of blood worms and some little snails and one fiddler crab. You can see what I mean here with the blurry fish!

Macro is a setting on the camera. There's macro and then even MORE macro. (Macro is technically the opposite of micro.) I don't know what they call that 2nd setting. It lets you put the lense REALLY close to something and get a clear picture. Good for taking pictures of tiny things.

Wow, this is quite the two-person post! Hey, for your puffers, try them on frozen or live bloodworms, live blackworms, or baby brine shrimp. They'll love live food. Most won't touch dry food unless they're starving.

If I give them snails for now, and get the frozen bloodworms later, will they survive?

I give mine live blood worms. He eats them with relish. The snails are in the tank for him to hunt and eat to wear down his beak. The worms seem to last longer in my other tank rather than in the fridge BUT that tank is relatively cold water. The fridge keeps the worms in hybernation so they live longer. I think they would eat the snails if they were small enough to get at. Sometime for a treat (they aren't nutritionally that great), try live brine shrimp. Its so fun to watch them hunt and suck them down! The shrimp themselves are interesting to watch swim around, too.
