I don't suggest using meds for treating ich, unless it's a last resort & the fish is completely infested. Salt, heat & every other day 80% WC, while thoroughly cleaning the substrate of parasites should get rid of it. You can do a rough estimate, that to raise the SG .005 takes about 1 cup of marine salt/5g, so use a little than 1/2 of that to raise it .002.
