Curiosity here, but my irrubesco seem to be "herding" rather than being territorial - I've just checked on them and they're all hiding in the same plant together.

Is this just because they are juvenilles? I know that the tank they are in is too small (which will change asap) but I'm genuniely surprised as their behaviour isn't matching up with what I've been led to expect.

Juvenile DPs also pile together for comfort sometimes. I'd say it's a behavior of youth. My DPs will still do it on occasion during a big tank remodel, but everyone gets grumpy again as soon as they calm down.
