Aquatics Unlimited is awesome I try to get there anytime I'm in Milwaukee.

We really do need sharp, very clear photos, especially with the red eye species.. they are all so similar we need people to be able to tell the differences, especially loreti and irrubesco.

Aquatic Unlimited....Yeah, I think I found a new second home.

I will take a trip to see that place on this coming Tuesday with my body, its 1 1/2 from chicago but hell, why not

There's a couple nice photos on the first page of this thread, I'd like to see some more male vs female shots though.

I have four C. irrubesco in the 180-litre tank, and certainly the females seem more territorial in the sense of holding a cave and lunging at anything that gets too close. They don't bite, but just swim forwards threateningly. The males seem to float about, sometimes chasing one another, but mostly hovering under the floating plants begging for food, or else displaying at their reflections on the back pane of glass.

She's on FB every day.

Well, she keeps in touch with family and friends on there, and is very likely doing it from a phone.

Its not like she didn't warn us she wasn't going to be around!

I know... Just feel neglected.
