I'm hooked on these little fellas. If I can't find a Fahaka, I may try to put 6 F8's in there. They are adorable too, what do you think?

F8's are (eventually) brackish, and I assume the Fahaka is freshwater? Judging by the fact that you have a freshwater tank already, it might not be worth it (unless your other fish can go to low-end brackish).

Then again, I'm in the same boat as you, where my GSP died and I didn't know what to do, so take my thoughts/suggestions lightly.

I'm hoping to get a F8 for my brackish tank with 5 BBGs in it. From what I've heard and read, they seem to do well with each other. I just have to wait for my levels to stabilize. ^_^

Yeah, I have read up on some of it already about turning it brackish if that is the route I go. Fahaka's are somewhat rare in my area, maybe another will show up online. SAPs would be ideal, I would love to have 6 or 7 swimming around my tank, but I have never seen them online and they are non-existent in my area.

F8's and GSPs show up all the time in my LFS. I guess I have some pondering to do. =)
